If MapScout doesn’t help you find and pitch local business leads within 30 days, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your purchase was made within the last 30 calendar days
- You have not already received a refund for a previous MapScout purchase
- Your account is in good standing (no Terms of Use violations)
You do not need to provide a reason, show proof of attempt, or demonstrate that the product failed. If you purchased within 30 days and are not satisfied for any reason, you qualify.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at onliverse.agency@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: MapScout Refund Request
- The email address used at purchase
- Your order/transaction ID (found in your purchase receipt)
That’s it. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method and bank, the refund may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
After a Refund
After a refund is processed, your licence to use MapScout is revoked. Please uninstall the Extension from your browsers. Any data stored locally (leads, settings, etc.) will remain on your device until you manually clear it.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of:
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Customers who have already received a refund for a prior MapScout purchase
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Use
