Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using MapScout.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MapScout Chrome extension (“the Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
These Terms are between you and Onliverse Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of MapScout, including all future updates.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use MapScout on up to 3 devices simultaneously for personal and commercial purposes.
This licence permits you to:

- Use leads generated by the Extension in your own sales and outreach activities
- Use AI-generated outreach for your own business communications
- Export lead data to CSVs for your own business use
Lifetime updates are included — all future versions of MapScout are covered by your one-time purchase.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, sublicence, rent, or distribute the Extension to third parties
- Share your licence across more than 3 devices simultaneously

- Automate the Extension beyond its built-in features to circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Use the Extension to harass, spam, or contact individuals in violation of applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
4. Third-Party Services

OpenRouter — AI outreach generation uses the OpenRouter API. Your use of OpenRouter is subject to OpenRouter’s Terms of Service. You must obtain and maintain your own OpenRouter account.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of any third-party service.
5. Intellectual Property
MapScout, including its code, design, algorithms, scoring system, and all related materials, is owned by Onliverse Agency and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
